In 1999 its current owners decided they were going to build the home of their dreams. A house that was comfortable, functional, easy to maintain and designed so that a medium family could live in peace. The architect in charge of the project really hit the nail on the head. After several proposals, they opted for a timeless exterior design of straight lines and white facades. One of the most important aspects of this project was to find this large flat plot of land of more than 600m2, facing the sea and with spectacular connections.

– On the ground floor, surrounded by a garden, we find the day-time area, composed of a large living room with interior patio, a kitchen diner with access to the gallery, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a garage with space for a car, motorcycles and bicycles.
– Heading to the upper floor we find the night-time area, consisting of 3 double bedrooms with sea views and 2 bathrooms. (One of them is an ensuite bathroom and solarium). One aspect we found particularly interesting was the number of cupboards throughout the night-time area, an amazing amount of space!
As it is a semi-new house, there is no shortage of little touches such as: aluminium carpentry with double glazing, parquet floors, gas heating, air conditioning, large cupboards and traditional construction that significantly increases comfort.
With just a coat of paint, new parquet flooring, modern furniture and a couple more touches, we think you’ll have everything you need to turn this house into the house of your dreams. The good thing is that being modern architecture and in good condition, you can install new features in phases without breaking the bank.
We leave the best till last: the outdoor areas. A large, flat garden where the large private swimming pool stands out. Its location which is accessed from the living room, will make this pool the main summertime attraction in this beautiful home.
To round up, this is a great, beautifully located, traditionally constructed house, surrounded by a garden. It has a private pool and a fully functional, modern design that we’re sure won’t go out of fashion.
