Located in the town of Sant Andreu de Llavaneras, Catalan coast, surrounded by sea views and a natural environment, without being isolated!

We access at street level, to the parking area for several vehicles that leads us directly to the main entrance of the house. In this outdoor area there is a nice porch, with a typical Mediterranean landscaping, barbecue area, ideal to meet and enjoy our leisure time, with our friends or family gatherings.

Next to the main entrance there is another spectacular terrace of very good dimensions, ideal to relax with our favourite reading, with views to the village and the sea.

On the main floor we find a spacious living room with fireplace and large period shutters that connects us to another living room and the spectacular dining room from where we can access the kitchen. A bedroom and bathroom for the staff complete the day area.
