When we were first introduced to this project, we knew that it would be a success. The experienced engineer behind the house, who is also project promoter, has much experience creating houses with functional designs. His experience, mixed with the innovative architecture team, have created a truly spectacular home: functional and efficient with avant-garde design.
Rubén, the developer, wants the future owner of the house to be involved in the construction process, which is why there’s the option to choose both the layout and the finishes – a truly personalised and professional treatment difficult to come by these days.
Constructed on a large plot of land of more than 1500m2 and facing southwards, you can find total privacy, as well as views of the sea and sunshine all day. The ideal environment for the infinity pool currently being built.
A “liveable” house surrounded by Mediterranean air and open spaces.
A layout that works. Distributed across 3 floors with a garage, 3 rooms and 3 well differentiated areas: daytime, night-time and leisure area.
On the ground floor we can find a large dining room of more than 45m2 with access to the garden in which the infinity pool is located; a large kitchen with dining area, in addition to the entrance hall and a large garage for 2 cars. This can also be used as a very handy storage area and toilet.
On the upper floor we find the master suite with bathroom, dressing room and a large terrace from which the sea views can be enjoyed. We can also find another suite with a more modest bathroom.
Finally, the ground floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, a multipurpose room (in which a gym can perfectly be set up), and a bathroom. All rooms have access to the garden.
A truly spectacular house.
A widely built house surrounded by green garden areas, in which the main focus is always the sea views, straight lines and the use of open spaces.
Traditional construction; concrete structure, flat roofs and brick walls.
Details, details and more details: porcelain floors combined with laminated parquet, a lacquered kitchen or silestones among many other details.
An energy efficient house: aluminium exterior carpentry with thermal break, windows with double glazing, screen type windows with roller blinds in the living room, air conditioning with heat pump, domestic hot water (DHW) which uses renewable energy and low consumption lighting.
Its construction is planned in 6 months, and being a newly constructed house, it can be customised with the perfect finishes to suit the buyer. This is without a doubt the best project, located just a stone’s throw away from the town.
