When we were presented with this project for the first time, we knew straightaway that it was going to be a success. Our experienced engineer and project promoter has vast experience in functional house designs. His experience, added to the innovative architectural team, has hit the nail on the head with this spectacular home: functional, efficient and with a cutting-edge design. Rubén, the talented developer, wants the future buyer of the house to be involved in the construction process, which is why you can choose both the allocation and the finish within the property. Constructed on a large plot of more than 1600m2 of land, facing southward with complete privacy and views of the sea and sun all day long – the ideal environment for the infinity pool currently being built.
