House in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres

When our clients look for a single-family house they usually ask us for a series of requirements that are not always easy to find, and what are the most common ones? Well, a comfortable house, with large spaces, bright, with privacy and if possible on flat land. This house meets all of them.
What is most surprising as soon as you enter the property is its exterior design of straight lines giving it a modern and contemporary look. The feeling of spaciousness as soon as you enter the house, the high ceilings and the large windows that allow light to enter make you want to live in it.
When we enter the house we find an open floor plan on two levels where the dining area and kitchen with open concept and the living area are harmonized.
